What you will need


  • 1kg beef brisket

  • 2 tbsp bbq sauce

  • 100ml beef stock

  • 8 mini tortillas

  • 50g grated cheddar cheese

  • 30g tex rub

  • 30ml olive oil


Method

  1. Coat both sides of the beef brisket in Tex rub and olive oil, rub in to the beef and let rest for 30 minutes
  2. In a pot add bbq sauce and beef stock then add the beef to the pot
  3. Place in the oven at 160 degrees / gas mark 3 for 4 hours
  4. Once beef is done, shred with two forks and mix in to the sauce
  5. Place on to mini tortillas with cheese and fold in half
  6. Toast on both sides then serve with optional toppings
