What you will need


  • 4 corn on the cobs

  • 30g Tex rub

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Handful coriander

  • 100g crumbled feta

  • 1 chilli


Method

  1. Melt better and slowly add the Tex rub while stirring
  2. Rub the Tex butter all over the cobs
  3. To a griddle pan, frying pan or BBQ add the corn and fry on all 4 sides for 2 minutes each
  4. Top with coriander, crumbled feta and chilli
