Chop the block of Halloumi in to 12 pieces by slicing the block in to 4 and then each slice in to 3
To 3 separate plates add the Tex rub, the egg and the panko breadcrumbs, coating the Halloumi in the Tex rub first, then dipping in egg then covering in breadcrumbs
To a pan add the oil and heat on high heat, add each piece of coated Halloumi and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
To each taco add lettuce, avocado, chopped tomato and top with the Halloumi and mayo
