What you will need


  • 500g Beef mince

  • 1 Pepper

  • 1 Onion

  • 50g JalapeƱos, chopped

  • 50g Cheddar, grated

  • 30g Mex rub

  • 1 Can chopped tomatoes

  • 1 Clove garlic

  • 30ml Pasta water


Method

  1. Add oil to a pan on medium heat
  2. Add the chopped red pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes
  3. Bring the pasta to the boil
  4. Meanwhile, add a clove of garlic to the pan and fry for a further minute before adding the beef mince and Mex rub
  5. Fry the beef mince until browned than add the can of chopped tomatoes and some pasta water
  6. Once pasta is cooked add to the sauce and top with jalapeƱos and cheese
