As standard, FreshMex aims to deliver orders placed before 2.30pm within 48 working hours (excludes weekend deliveries). Please refer to your order delivery information for further details. In the event FreshMex is out of stock of a particular item, we will call and agree the best options to allow us to send to you as soon possible. FreshMex accepts no liability for non-next working day delivery and will not under any circumstance compensate for said non delivery.
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of the all items ordered and this charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.
Additional charges apply for shipping to the Channel Isles or Scottish Isles, Ireland & Scottish borders, or preferential / international shipping.
If packaging appears to be damaged on receipt, this must be noted with the courier during delivery and notified to FreshMex without delay. FreshMex will replace such damaged items as necessary after discussion and confirmation. You are advised to take a photo of the damage as soon as possible after delivery to back up your claim. When goods are signed for by the purchaser or appointed receiver, the customer inherits the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which was specified when the order was placed. FreshMex accepts no liability for non-delivery, late delivery, or the cost of resending goods that have been delivered correctly to an incorrectly specified delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
