What you will need


  • 400g Chicken mini fillets

  • 1/2 Pack tortilla chips

  • 30g Tex rub

  • 1 egg


Method

  1. Coat the chicken mini fillets in 3/4 of the Tex rub
  2. On two separate plates add the whisked egg and the crunched up nachos mixed with the remaining Tex rub
  3. Dip the chicken in the egg and then coat in the nacho crunch
  4. Add each piece to the airfryer and airfry for 9 minutes add 185 degrees celsius
